The Team

Data Management team is a part of Internal Firm Services under Clients & Industries responsible for validating integrating & Maintaining data from CRM tool. Liaises with (Internally): Functional teams Finance Business Intelligence SAP Liaises with (Externally): Global Data management team

Your Work Profile

• Maintain a 360-degree view of all touch points to ensure accuracy completeness and reliability of master and reference data related to client profiles
• Identify and gather useful information from relevant and authentic sources and use available databases efficiently
• Comprehend how the clients business works and good understanding of industry and its sectors
• Build strong connections with other member firms as necessary
• Respond to queries on data definition logic and methodology raised by stakeholders
• Develops expertise using Deloitte reporting tools and systems such as SAP
• Build an account-wide communications strategy and facilitate account team communications (conference calls team meetings etc.)
• Data steward is accountable to ensure that the quality of the data meets the needs of both the line of business and of the organization as a whole.
• To ensure the synchronization of database between Local and Global CRM
• Act as a Data validators/ Reviewers to ensure highest Quality in maintaining client data in SWIFT

Key Skills Required

• B Com/BBA/MBA Location Mumbai (Thane) Gurgaon Experience required
• Any Specific Industry / Company exposure - Experience in secondary research and handling huge amount of data governance exercise. 2 4 Years of experience require in similar profile
• Power-point for creation of executive level presentations and familiar with Access.
• Should be able to effectively use other commonly used software such as MS office-(excel Word)Outlook in completion of work.
• Experience in handling huge amount of data points and in reporting of data metrics
• Working knowledge of secondary research and other research tools available in market.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Experience in providing training (remotely or in-person) to a diverse group.
