The Team

As a Manager in FP&A you will lead financial planning and analysis for key business units driving strategic insights and decision support. You will manage a team of analysts collaborate with senior stakeholders and ensure robust financial governance forecasting accuracy and performance optimization.

Your Work Profile

• Lead financial planning budgeting and forecasting processes across multiple business units.
• Partner with senior business leaders to influence financial decisions and strategic and enhance financial models scenario planning and variance analysis.
• Drive monthly and quarterly business reviews highlighting key trends risks and opportunities.
• Oversee spend management and cost optimization executive dashboards and performance reports for leadership.
• Mentor and manage a team of analysts fostering a culture of continuous with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and reporting systems.

Key Skills Required

• Qualifications and Skills:CA or MBA (Finance) with 10 - 12 years of progressive experience in FP&A or corporate finance.
• Proven experience in leading financial planning cycles and business partnering.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Excel financial modeling and ERP systems (SAP preferred).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management in managing teams and driving cross-functional collaboration.
