Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced EMS/NMS Developer with strong expertise in Java development and telecom/network management products. The candidate will be responsible for EMS product development maintenance customer issue resolution product quality improvement automation and deployment support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain EMS/NMS products and features.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer/field issues.
• Participate in product design development debugging and maintenance.
• Improve product quality through automation and engineering best practices.
• Support product deployment and production activities.
• Work with cross-functional teams for customer issue resolution.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong Core Java development experience.
• Spring Boot and/or JavaScript jQuery HTML5 CSS3.
• MySQL/MariaDB Hibernate and database performance tuning.
• Experience with network protocols such as REST NETCONF VES SNMP FTP SSH HTTP/HTTPS TL1 RMI TR-069.
• Strong experience in Linux environment and shell scripting.
• Hands-on exposure to Docker and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of virtualization technologies such as OpenStack and/or AWS.
• Strong EMS/NMS/Telecom domain knowledge.
• Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Good to Have:

• Knowledge of IP ports packets tcpdump and Wireshark.
• High Availability (HA) concepts.
• Product deployment and production support experience.
• Experience working on telecom/network management products.

Required Experience:
7-8 years of relevant software development experience preferably with strong EMS/NMS and telecom domain expertise.
