• Create and develop embroidery designs as per brand and customer requirements.
• Prepare embroidery artwork layouts and design specifications.
• Select suitable embroidery patterns colours threads and techniques.
• Coordinate with the sampling and production teams for design execution.
• Check embroidery samples and ensure the final output matches the approved design.
• Make necessary changes based on feedback and production requirements.
• Ensure accuracy in design placement size colour and detailing.
• Research new embroidery trends and develop creative design concepts.
• Maintain design files and ensure timely completion of assigned work.
• Coordinate with merchandisers designers and production teams for smooth execution.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in embroidery designing.
• Good understanding of embroidery techniques fabrics threads and embellishments.
• Strong creative and design skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to understand design references and convert them into production-ready embroidery designs.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Candidates with fashion/apparel industry experience will be preferred.
