We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Premium Retail Sales Executive in Bangalore. As a Premium Retail Sales Executive you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service meeting sales objectives and maintaining the overall visual appeal of the store. Responsibilities:

• Ensure the delivery of products and services to customers meets the highest standards.
  

• Create an interactive and engaging store experience to build customer confidence.
  

• Follow the selling process and adhere to standard operating procedures and organizational policies.
  

• Maintain the cleanliness and visual appeal of the store at all times.
  

• Utilize time effectively including periods without customer interactions to upgrade communication skills gain knowledge of SOPs and manage stock.
  

• Complete operational duties including paperwork and sales reports related to store opening and closing.
  

• Handle customer inquiries regarding product offerings pricing and billing.
  

• Meet established sales objectives by effectively selling products and services.
  

• Address and resolve customer escalations in a professional manner.
  

• Work a flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays.
  

• Stand in an enclosed area for 100% of the shift while assisting customers.
  

Requirements

• 0.6 year of working experience in retail sales.
  

• Availability to work during retail hours weekends and public holidays.
  

• Well-groomed highly motivated and possess a strong passion for sales.
  

• Proficient in spoken English.
  

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels.
