Electrical Engineer- Design

Job Title: Electrical Engineer

Location: Noida Chennai

Experience: 3- 5 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive electrical site plans including one-line diagrams conduit layouts and wiring schematics.
• Assist in the design and drafting of substations transmission interconnections and renewable energy infrastructure.
• Perform technical analyses such as load calculations voltage drop assessments and conduit fill evaluations under the supervision of senior engineers.
• Ensure all electrical designs are compliant with utility requirements NEC IEEE standards and applicable codes.
• Collaborate with civil structural and protection & controls teams to deliver integrated and coordinated site designs.
• Support permitting and regulatory approval processes by preparing detailed plan sets and documentation.
• Participate in field investigations and site visits to gather data and verify as-built conditions.
• Maintain organized project documentation revision logs and adhere to CAD standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• 3 5 years of experience in electrical site design preferably for utility-scale projects.
• Proficient in AutoCAD AutoCAD Electrical and/or Civil 3D.
