Electrical Controls Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Controls Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in electrical design tools and hands-on exposure to field installation and commissioning. This role requires both design capability and practical field knowledge to ensure smooth execution of electrical control systems.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design develop and modify electrical control systems using WSCAD EPLAN P8 and AutoCAD Electrical.

• Prepare electrical schematics wiring diagrams panel layouts and bill of materials.

• Collaborate with project teams to ensure designs meet technical safety and regulatory standards.

• Support installation commissioning and troubleshooting of electrical systems at project sites.

• Recognize and integrate various electrical components for effective system design.

• Provide technical support during the erection testing and commissioning phases.

• Ensure compliance with project specifications quality standards and deadlines.

Necessary Requirement

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical controls engineering.

• Strong proficiency in WSCAD EPLAN P8 and AutoCAD.

• Previous hands-on experience in field installation/erection/commissioning.

• Excellent understanding of electrical components and their applications.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a project-based environment.

• Knowledge of industry standards (IEC NEC etc.).

• Experience in automation systems PLC integration or panel building.

• Strong communication and documentation skills.
