Position Title EIC intern

Service Line: Strategic Consulting Services

Location Ahmedabad

Experience 0 to 3 months of related experience Reporting to Assistant Vice President

Role: Full time Work from Office

Qualification PG degree in Management/Finance/Economics; PG degree in Architecture/Urban Planning/Civil Engineering or any similar combination of education and experience.

• Preferred Experience in hands-on Consulting & Research (preferably in the Real Estate domain)
• Experience in on-site market research for real estate asset classes like Residential Commerial Retail and Hospitality

Role:

• Real Estate advisory Market Research Feasibility studies Highest & Best use reports
• Evaluation of conventional real estate segments - Residential Commercial Retail Industrial Hospitality Warehouse and alternate asset classes (Education & Health care).
• Assist in customized presentation for clients
• Market data for evaluation of new markets and asset classes for advising clients.

• Subject Knowledge:
  • Basic comprehension of Real Estate Market Dynamics specific to Ahmedabad

  • Ability to provide efficient timely and reliable analysis/inputs to internal stakeholders
  • Good logical reasoning & analytical skills
