Position: ECN Coordinator

Location: Kochi

Qualification: Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical Automobile Electrical or a related Engineering field

Experience: 2–3 years of experience in ECN / Engineering Change Management preferably in the automotive or manufacturing industry

Salary: 10 lpa (Negotiable)

Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate Engineering Change Notices (ECNs) with the Engineering team.
- Update engineering drawings BOMs specifications and related documents.
- Coordinate with Engineering Quality Production and Stores teams.
- Ensure approved changes are implemented on time.
- Maintain ECN records approvals and revision history.
- Ensure proper handling of old and new parts/materials.
- Follow up on pending approvals and ECN closure.
- Support sample validation testing and engineering change-related issues

Required Skills:

- Knowledge of ECN/ECR and Engineering Change Management.
- Understanding of engineering drawings BOMs and revision control.
- Good communication coordination and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/MRP systems.
- Experience in automotive or manufacturing is preferred.
