EbizON || Email Marketing Specialist || Dehradun

We are seeking a creative and data-driven Email Marketing Specialist with 1 year of experience to plan execute and optimize email marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving engagement increasing conversions and improving customer retention through effective email strategies.

• Plan create and execute email marketing campaigns newsletters and automated workflows.
• Design and develop engaging email content aligned with brand guidelines.
• Manage email lists segmentation and targeting strategies.
• Monitor campaign performance and analyze key metrics such as open rates click-through rates and conversions.
• Perform A/B testing to optimize subject lines content and campaign performance.
• Ensure email deliverability and compliance with industry regulations (e.g. GDPR CAN-SPAM).
• Collaborate with design content and marketing teams to align campaigns with business goals.
• Maintain and update email templates and marketing automation tools.
• Identify opportunities to improve engagement and retention through lifecycle email marketing.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Communications or a related field.
• Strong written communication and copywriting skills.
• Basic understanding of email marketing tools (e.g. Mailchimp HubSpot Zoho Campaigns).
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance data.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Familiarity with MS Office and basic reporting.
