Summary
We are seeking passionate and dedicated Early Years Support Facilitators to join our dynamic education team. This role is pivotal in fostering a nurturing inclusive and stimulating learning environment for young children aged 3 to 6 years. The Early Years Support Facilitator will work closely with lead educators to implement developmentally appropriate curricula aligned with the Cambridge Early Years framework and the National Teaching Training (NTT) standards.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with lead teachers to plan and deliver engaging age-appropriate activities based on the Cambridge Early Years curriculum and NTT guidelines.
- Support individualized learning plans for children with diverse needs ensuring inclusive participation and equitable access to learning opportunities.
- Support learning activities including storytelling phonics rhymes numeracy and play-based learning.
- Observe and document childrens learning behavior and development.
- Maintain a safe positive and engaging classroom environment.
- Support classroom routines student care hygiene and safety.
- Prepare teaching materials activity resources and classroom setups.
- Assist in assessments portfolios and school activities.
- Collaborate with teachers and maintain effective communication.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education Child Development or a related field; NTT certification is mandatory.
- Proven experience (25 years) in early years education preferably within a Cambridge curriculum or internationally recognized framework.
- Strong understanding of child development stages and the ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet individual learning needs.
- Patient caring and nurturing approach towards children.
- Ability to support activity-based and child-centred learning.
