Aspartof thisrole youwill be engaged toundertake thefollowing tasks:

• Deliveringworkingaccordancewithproject deadlinesin amanner thatmeets client expectations.

• Work collaboratively with other associates and consultants to determine initial data needs examineobtainedclient informationandperform anyfollowupworktopopulatecomplete information sets

• DevelopastrongunderstandingoftheInsuranceindustryandbecome familiarwiththedata information and various steps needed for reserving pricing and capital management activities

• Preparethe firstdraft ofreports forreview bySenior Analysts/Consultants.

• Developa strongunderstandingofour proprietarysoftware solutions

• Increaseefficiencywithinproject teamsby identifyingways toimprove processes

• Seekand participatein keylearning anddevelopmentopportunities

• Helping to develop and deliver automated solutions that perform reserve studies pricing and capital management activities for our clients

• Working collaboratively on a range of projects / internal responsibilities and managing priorities appropriately.

• Ensuringappropriateandeffective communicationamong teammembers andthe client.

• Buildstrong relationshipsinternallyandcollaborateeffectivelyon cross-geographicalteams.

• Demonstratenatural easeand effectivenesswhen dealingwith clients/colleaguesat alllevels.

• Contributeto salesand marketingefforts bydrafting proposalsand preparingpresentations.

• Demonstratingthe WTWvalues ofClient FocusTeamwork IntegrityRespect andExcellence.

• Currentlyinfinalyear ofgraduationandpursuingabachelors degreeincommerceEconomics Mathematics Statistics Business or an Analytical subject or bachelors degree in computer science Programming or a related field (experienced in a scripting language preferably Python C# or SQL).

• Already pursuing actuarial science or having a stronginclinationtowardspursuingactuarialscience.Making steadyprogressthroughactuarial examinations along with ones career at WTW.

• Stronganalyticaland integrativeskills.

• Strongwrittenand oralcommunication skills.

• ExcellentMicrosoftOffice skillsparticularlyExcel.

• Wellorganizedand detailoriented.

• Abilitytorespond toall communicationseffectivelyandin atimely manner.
