Employment : Contract
- Responsible for endtoend testing of business processes spanning ServiceNow and integrated systems (CRM billing orchestration APIs thirdparty platforms).
- Design and execute E2E test scenarios validating data flow integrations workflows and user journeys across systems.
- Ensure system reliability through functional regression integration and UAT support testing.
- Collaborate with crosssystem teams to identify defects validate fixes and ensure seamless business outcomes.
