Roles:

• Manage day-to-day operations on Meesho and other e-commerce platforms.
• Handle product listings catalog creation product descriptions pricing and inventory updates.
• Manage orders cancellations returns refunds and customer-related issues.
• Monitor product performance sales orders and marketplace metrics.
• Coordinate for order processing dispatch and timely fulfilment.
• Handle Meesho seller panel and resolve operational issues.
• Monitor and maintain product visibility pricing offers and promotions.
• Coordinate with internal teams for inventory and order management.
• Track marketplace performance and prepare regular reports.
• Stay updated with Meesho policies processes seller requirements and platform updates.

Qualification:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Prior hands-on experience managing Meesho or other e-commerce marketplaces.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce operations marketplace processes and seller dashboards.
