Position: E-commerce Executive
Experience: 0-2 yrs

Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical E-commerce Executive to manage marketplace operations product listings campaign coordination and online sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations across marketplaces and brand websites.
Upload and maintain product listings pricing inventory and catalog content.
Coordinate with internal teams for promotions offers and campaign execution.
Monitor stock availability and ensure timely replenishment.
Track sales performance traffic conversion rates and customer trends.
Work closely with marketing operations and customer support teams.
Handle order management returns cancellations and issue resolution.
Generate daily/weekly/monthly performance reports.
Ensure marketplace compliance and maintain seller ratings.
Requirements
Good understanding of E-commerce and online marketplaces.
Strong Excel and reporting skills.
Basic knowledge of digital marketing metrics like ROAS CAC CTR and conversion rate.
Attention to detail and strong coordination skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
