Technical Skills
Strong hands-on experience with Dynatrace platform administration implementation and troubleshooting.
Experience deploying and managing Dynatrace OneAgent in cloud on-premises and hybrid environments.

Understanding of observability concepts including metrics logs traces synthetic monitoring and real user monitoring (RUM).
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS Azure or Google Cloud Platform.
Familiarity with containerized environments and Kubernetes is highly desirable.
Scripting and automation experience using Python PowerShell Bash or similar technologies.

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to translate technical monitoring data into business-relevant insights.
Experience working in cross-functional Agile and DevOps environments.
Ability to independently drive initiatives and provide technical leadership.

Preferred Qualifications
Dynatrace Associate or Professional Certification.
Experience integrating Dynatrace with ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow.
Exposure to enterprise monitoring and observability tools.
Experience supporting large-scale retail e-commerce or enterprise environments.

3 years of hands-on Dynatrace implementation and administration experience.
