Dynatrace

Looking for a Dynatrace Observability Engineer / Analyst (Junior) to support platform engineering and day to day operations. The role will focus on learning and contributing to Dynatrace implementation monitoring and basic troubleshooting while working closely with senior team members.

Core Responsibilities

• Support administration of Dynatrace (SaaS/Managed) including:

• Basic alerting and dashboard updates
• Tagging and management zone usage

• Assist in troubleshooting issues responding to requests and incidents and escalating when needed
• Build and maintain basic dashboards and assist with DQL queries
• Support OneAgent deployments on:

• Kubernetes / AKS environments
• Windows & Linux Azure VMs

• Support ActiveGate operations under guidance:

• Basic health checks
• Synthetic monitoring validation

• Assist in configuring and validating OneAgent and ActiveGate extensions

Required / Preferred Experience

• Basic hands on experience with Dynatrace (dashboards alerting or monitoring)
• Familiarity with DQL or willingness to learn
• Working knowledge of:

• Azure (VMs App Services AKS basics)
• Kubernetes fundamentals (pods namespaces)
• Windows & Linux environments

• Understanding of observability concepts (logs metrics traces)
• Exposure to DevOps tools (Azure DevOps Terraform) is a plus
