The role includes growing the Company business and achieving the defined targets by acquiring Small Business relationships to act as Distributors or Retail Point of Sales for technology enabled sales of Spice Moneys products.
Job Role & Responsibilities:
Achieve the sales targets for the given district by acquiring and retaining channel partners.
Acquire new distributors and retailers in the district to perform all services available on the Spice Money platform primarily Cash Deposit Cash Withdrawal Recharge BBPS Travel CMS Insurance etc.
Engage with all retailers and distributors from time to time to ensure they are productive and happy with the services of Spice Money.
Supporting and eliminating the challenges faced by the channel partners in doing business.
To be the voice of customer for Spice Money related to any new products/services or channel partners needs and expectations to help Spice Money grow and penetrate in that district.
To ensure 100% compliance to all policies and processes laid down by the Organization
Responsible for planning & scheduling market visits for lead generation and retention.
Gathering consistent feedback from market for existing offerings and insights on competitor moves as feedback for product enhancements.
Ensure the implementation of the sales SOPs and market norms for Spice Moneys products.
Creating and submitting the MIS to Cluster head.
