Drupal Tech Lead

• Lead Drupal backend development for scalable secure enterprise digital applications.
• Design and develop custom modules services plugins hooks event subscribers and API integrations.
• Define technical solutions for business logic content workflows and data structures.
• Mentor engineers through code reviews technical discussions and production troubleshooting.
• Integrate Drupal applications with external systems APIs and enterprise data sources.
• Diagnose and resolve backend configuration data caching and platform issues.
• Partner with frontend engineers to support rendering requirements and resolve cross-stack issues.

Qualifications :

• Strong experience as a Backend Engineer or Tech Lead with hands-on expertise in Drupal development.
• 6 years of professional experience in software or web application development including 3 years in Drupal backend development.
• In-depth knowledge of PHP and Drupal architecture including entities fields forms routing dependency injection and configuration management.
• Hands-on experience with Drupal 10 or 11.
• Familiarity with tools such as Drush Composer Docker or DDEV.
