Key Responsibilities

Prepare and draft residential plotted development layouts subdivision plans buildingplans and infrastructure drawings.

Convert and plot KML/KMZ files using survey coordinates and boundary data providedby land surveyors.

Develop accurate site plans contour plans grading layouts sections elevations anddetailed drawings.

Prepare drawings for approvals and statutory submissions to Town Planning MunicipalAuthorities Panchayat PDA and related departments.

Coordinate with architects surveyors engineers consultants and project teams fordrawing inputs and revisions.

Ensure drawings comply with applicable Goa and Maharashtra Town Planningregulations Development Control Regulations (DCR) zoning norms setback
requirements FSI/FAR calculations and approval guidelines.

Maintain drawing records revisions and documentation systematically.

Qualifications & Experience

Diploma / ITI in Draftsmanship Civil Engineering or equivalent technicalqualification.

Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience in real estate architecture town planningor infrastructure projects.

Experience in plotted development and statutory approval drawings preferred.
