Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic result-oriented Technical / Program Manager with a strong foundation in Microsoft technologies to lead our engineering this role you will bridge the gap between technical execution and business strategy. You will be responsible for end-to-end program management driving software design and managing client communications. Additionally you will orchestrate delivery by closely coordinating with Developers QA BAs and Business teams to build high-performance multi-tenant solutions.

Job Description

• At least 3 years of experience in Technical Manager / Program Manager role.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in C# SQL Server MVCand Strong knowledge in OOPs
• Managing a team of 10-15 technical people and experience in providing help with technical solutioning.
• Create the effort estimation for new Change request.
• Design software systems with various Microsoft technologies and ensure compliance to all architecture requirements.
• Hands-on experience in / C# SQL Server development and debugging skills
• Have experience on MVC XML Soap WCF & Web services
• Hands on experience with SOAP APIs / REST API and Design patterns
• SSIS development skills are an added advantage
• Understanding of Angular Node or React is an added advantage.
• Excellent Troubleshooting Analytical skills & Excellent communication skills.
• Should be dynamic open to learn new technologies and should have Can do positive attitude.
• Experience in developing solutions for various components Multi-tenant model and managed bigger size data volumes
