Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:-
1. Documentation Management & Advisory:
  • Act as the central contact for all documentation-related requests and clarifications from internal stakeholders.
  • Advise teams on documentation requirements applicable standards mandatory forms and adherence to internal policies.
  • Examine and verify submitted documents to ensure completeness accuracy and compliance with established guidelines.
  • Identify missing or incorrect documentation and collaborate with relevant stakeholders for timely resolution.
  • Maintain organized records document repositories and audit trails in line with the governance and compliance requirements.
2. GTBD Product & Channel Documentation Support:
  • Provide operational support for SMAR&TS and other GTBD documentation platforms including user assistance issue resolution and process guidance.
  • Support user onboarding activities access management system orientation and training initiatives for platform users.
  • Track documentation workflows within systems and liaise with technology and support teams to address system-related concerns efficiently.
3. Operational & Process Query Resolution:
  • Respond to internal enquiries concerning documentation processes operational procedures and control requirements.
  • Work closely with Operations Compliance Risk Legal and Front Office teams to ensure prompt and effective resolution of issues.
  • Escalate documentation or process-related concerns with potential operational regulatory or compliance implications to the Regional Head Client Management.
4. Business Operations & Team Support:
  • Develop maintain and periodically update process manuals operating procedures and workflow documentation.
  • Review forms and supporting documents ensuring inconsistencies or deficiencies are addressed before processing to prevent client service delays.
  • Manage document lodging and temporary custody activities ensuring accurate tracking and control throughout the document lifecycle.
  • Perform KYC screening for non-signatories in accordance with regulatory standards and internal compliance policies.
  • Assist in the execution of Annual Reviews and Ad-hoc Reviews by ensuring documentation due diligence records and client information remain current and complete.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives team projects and other business support activities as assigned.
