Job Summary

4) Key Result Areas/Accountabilities:
Key Result Areas/Accountabilities	Supporting Actions
Design tools dies & Child Part: -	Creates designs for tube processing Tools/dies jigs fixtures molds (where applicable). Creates child parts drawing of Cycle component like Frame/Fork/Handlebar & RIM Maintain BOM
Collaboration and Coordination: -	Work closely with R&D team quality engineers Process Engineers and manufacturing team etc to ensure seamless production flow Tooling trials & timely delivery of parts.
Training & Knowledge: -	End-to-end exposure: concept design detailing manufacturing support trials Good Experience of Designing software CATIA/ SolidWorks AutoCAD
People Development & Audit	Should have good knowledge of Audit System related to designing field
Project activities	Detailed child part design Engineering calculation & Simulation Assembly design review & documentations etc
