Your work profile
As a Manager in our RFR Team youll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations.
- Develop and validate ERM and operational risk management policies and framework covering:
- Risk appetite and Key risk indicators and relevant thresholds
- risk identification and assessment
- understanding of processes and controls (SOP documentation)
- RCSAs
- risk assessment matrixes
- understating on risk and controls scoring
- developing and review of mitigating and monitoring tools for ORM/ ERM
- Incident Management and Loss data management
- Capital computation for operational risk
- Control testing
- Score cards for other non-financial risk areas (Compliance reputational risk etc.)
Key skills required:
- Experience in Operational risk and/ or ERM
- Understating of banking operations and process
Should have hands-on experience of using tools such RCSAs KRIs loss data management risk heat maps etc.
