Profile: Dispatch Manager

Experience:

• 2-3years of experience in dispatch inventory logistics or warehouse operations.
• Experience in a manufacturing or textile-related company will be an added advantage.

Roles:

• Manage day-to-day inward and outward movement of materials.
• Maintain proper records of all incoming and outgoing materials.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records.
• Coordinate with production warehouse and sales teams for material availability and dispatch requirements.
• Plan and coordinate dispatches as per customer orders and delivery schedules.
• Check material quantity product details and packing before dispatch.
• Prepare and maintain invoices delivery challans e-way bills and other dispatch documents.
• Coordinate with transporters and drivers for timely pickup and delivery.
• Track dispatched materials and follow up on pending or delayed deliveries.
• Update and maintain customer/order-related data in CRM.
• Ensure timely and accurate updating of dispatch inventory and order status in the system.
• Maintain Excel records and prepare regular dispatch and inventory reports.
• Coordinate with the accounts and sales teams regarding billing and dispatch requirements.
• Ensure proper packing and loading of materials to avoid damage during transportation.

Qualification:

• Graduate in any field preferred.
• Candidates with relevant dispatch inventory or logistics experience will be preferred.
