About The Job:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director Client Services & Delivery to lead our Domestic Staffing business .This leadership role is responsible for driving delivery excellence managing key enterprise client relationships owning business performance and leading large recruitment teams.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Domestic Staffing MSP program management P&L ownership client relationship management operational excellence and people leadership. This role requires a highly motivated leader who can develop scalable delivery strategies ensure superior client satisfaction and contribute to the organizations long-term growth.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery for enterprise MSP accounts ensuring SLA KPI TAT and quality targets are achieved.
• Build and manage strong relationships with clients and MSP partners ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Lead mentor and manage a high-performing recruitment team of 40 members.
• Own business performance including P&L resource planning and operational efficiency.
• Drive high-volume hiring process improvements and service delivery excellence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless recruitment operations.
• Conduct business reviews manage client escalations and identify opportunities for account growth.
• Ensure compliance with client requirements and leverage ATS/VMS tools to optimize recruitment operations.
• Experience managing enterprise accounts with large-scale hiring requirements.
• Strong analytical commercial and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Excellent communication presentation negotiation and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced metrics-driven environment.

Required Skills & Experience

• 15 years of experience in Domestic Staffing Recruitment Operations or Client Delivery.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role managing large recruitment teams.
• Extensive experience working within the MSP Qualifications:

Educational Qualification

• Bachelors degree in any discipline.
• MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Proven success in managing large MSP accounts and enterprise clients.
• Experience handling multi-location recruitment delivery.
• Demonstrated ability to scale teams while maintaining delivery quality and client satisfaction.
• Strong knowledge of ATS VMS recruitment analytics dashboards and reporting tools.
• Experience driving digital transformation and process automation initiatives is an added advantage.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and make data-driven business decisions.
