Role Overview

A Solutions Architectwho blends hands-on software engineering product development and customer-facing implementation. As an FDE you will partner with product management design and customers to build deploy and iterate features that solve real operational problems. You will translate customer needs into production-grade solutions lead technical deployments and feed product strategy with field insights.

The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams including product management engineering and client stakeholders to translate complex business needs into robust technical solutions.

Job Responsibilities

Lead the design development and deployment of custom solutions workflows and product extensions tailored to specific client/internal environments (e.g. AI/GenAI models or enterprise software)

Act as a technical owner for deployed solutions ensuring reliability scalability and performance in production environments

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system architecture technical roadmaps and feature enhancements

Deploy and customize applications in client/internal environments ensuring seamless integration with existing systems

Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in real-time ensuring minimal disruption to operations

Drive continuous improvement through performance tuning automation and optimization initiatives

Mentor and guide junior engineers fostering best practices in coding testing and deployment

Partner with QA teams to validate solutions and ensure high-quality releases

Provide technical leadership in client discussions demos and solution workshops

Requirements:

15 years of professional experience in software engineering product development and deployment and similar hands-on technical roles.

Strong experience with full-stack development (backend frontend) or backend systems and integrations; comfort shipping production services.

Experience with Generative AI concepts (LLMs multi-modal models) and AI/ML infrastructure. Practical experience with implementation multiple frameworks.

Strong production-level programming skills in Python or Go or Java alongside API/REST integration. Experience with REST APIs microservices and asynchronous programming.

Solid understanding of APIs REST GraphQL authentication methods (OAuth JWT) and web protocols.

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS GCP Azure) and common cloud services (containers serverless managed databases).

Comfortable with databases and data modeling (SQL and NoSQL) data pipelines and ETL patterns.

Strong customer-facing and communication skills; ability to translate technical details to non-technical stakeholders.

Demonstrated problem solving in ambiguous environments and ability to deliver under time constraints.

Define and document engagement playbooks reference architectures delivery templates and best-practice guides to increase repeatability and quality across all accounts.
