Digital Process Excellence Intern

We are looking for a highly motivated MBA Intern to join the Digital & Process Excellence team. The intern will support enterprise-wide process transformation initiatives through process discovery process mapping value stream analysis and documentation of end-to-end business workflows. The role provides hands-on exposure to process excellence methodologies operational analytics KPI framework design and continuous improvement initiatives across functions such as Supply Chain Procurement Finance Manufacturing and Shared Services. 

The intern will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to conduct workshops gather business requirements analyze process pain points identify automation and improvement opportunities and support the development of process governance artifacts such as SOPs RACI matrices process maps dashboards and improvement roadmaps. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical communication and stakeholder management skills with proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel and a keen interest in business process transformation digital technologies and enterprise operation

Qualifications :

Bachelors:

Masters:  MBA/PGDM in Operations and or Business Analytics.

Additional Information :

Please note the internship is for a duration of 4-6 months and will require working from office on all days. This is based out of our Hyderabad office.
