Role Objective: To provide strategic financial decision support to International Business and Corporate Functions through rigorous pricing costing business case analysis and C-suite presentations. The role leads a team to enable informed and timely decision-making for CXOs by delivering accurate product-level P&Ls forward-looking financial insights and scenario models that drive business outcomes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Responsibility 1 – Pricing

Partner with cross-functional teams — Supply Chain Logistics Marketing and Plant Operations — to develop competitive product pricing for international customers.

Build and maintain product-level P&Ls (from pricing to EBITDA) to enable timely and informed decision-making by CXOs.

Engage with business teams to provide forward-looking pricing and quotes for pipeline products entering the international market.

Key Responsibility 2 – Costing Including Cost Audit

Own and manage product/SKU-level costing across all product lines applicable to international business.

Lead the monthly inventory tracking costing and reporting process across all business units and product lines company-wide.

Drive the annual cost audit process with an external auditor to ensure accuracy of cost sheets at both the plant and company level culminating in a timely report for the annual board presentation.

Key Responsibility 3 – Business & Corporate Support

Support corporate functions including R&D Supply Chain Manufacturing and Biologics with business case preparation revenue and cash flow analysis entity-level assessments ad hoc queries and new agreement evaluations.

Lead New Product Reviews and Pipeline Analysis in collaboration with R&D and business teams to evaluate the financial viability of the product pipeline and support investment decision-making.

Provide finance inputs for new deals business contracts R&D investments and exception approvals requiring financial scrutiny.

Develop simulation and scenario models to assess business impact under force majeure events geopolitical disruptions (e.g. war scenarios) and other market uncertainties.

Key Responsibility 4 – C-Suite Presentations

Lead the annual budgeting and planning process for International Business Supply Chain Plants and other corporate functions.

Prepare year-over-year P&Ls for respective businesses and develop AI-enabled presentations for top management during financial reviews.

Participate in cross-functional discussions to represent the Finance and DSG perspective.
