DGM- Process Engineering(Speciality chemical)

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct process simulations pilot trials and line trials using ASPEN and other simulation tools.
• Optimize manufacturing processes to improve yield throughput RM consumption and OEE.
• Troubleshoot process issues conduct RCA and drive corrective actions.
• Work closely with Production Maintenance Engineering and Supply Chain teams.
• Ensure quality process controls FPY and rejection/rework reduction.
• Lead process safety activities including Risk Assessment HAZOP and PSM.
• Evaluate new technologies/equipment and lead technology transfer commissioning and implementation.
• Maintain process documentation SOPs production parameters and performance reports.
• Lead and develop a team of Process Engineers.

• B.E./ – Chemical Engineering
• 15 years of experience in Process Engineering; 4–5 years in a similar senior role.
• Experience in Specialty Chemicals / Multi-product Chemical Plants.
• Hands-on experience with ASPEN / Process Simulation.
• Strong exposure to process optimization troubleshooting commissioning and process safety.
• Proven experience managing large teams and complex manufacturing processes.
