Candidate needs to delivers present project and move to another project (quality & timeline will be high priority)
Coordinating with the internal: PD Cluster head sometimes Regional Head RO Teams (C&B C&P Planning PCP-Pre construction planning) External: Consultants Architects.
Highrise experience
Exposure in services and finishing is an added advantage
He should be aware of Quality & Safety Standards.
He should know width of C&B C&P function and planning as well.
Reporting to PD(direct) & Cluster Head
No. of reportee 18-20 on roll folks (executive Sr. Executive and AM)
They handled over one single project(end to end)
Exposure to Mivaan
Exposure in C&B C&P Planning.
