What awaits you/ Job Profile	You will join the Digital Product Engineering Engineering Intelligence unit as a DevOps Engineer for Engineering Applications working in an agile development team to develop and operate modern cloud-based engineering this role you will span the full application lifecycle: participate in design and implementation enable automated deployments and CI/CD pipelines and continuously improve operational processes. Your work will support engineering processes that handle CAD 3D and product engineering dataoften within environments around CATIAand you will help deliver scalable reliable solutions for complex engineering workflows. You will collaborate with cross-functional teammates contribute to technical discussions on architecture and code quality and take ownership of tasks to drive solutions independently. This position offers the chance to make a direct impact on software delivery and operational excellence while working with modern development tools cloud platforms and DevOps best practices.
What should you bring along	roven experience in software engineering and DevOps practices ideally within domains that process engineering CAD or 3D data. Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on attitude; comfortable taking ownership and driving solutions. Experience working in agile teams and collaborating across disciplines (developers engineers operations). Good communication skills in English; ability to participate in technical discussions and documentation. A mindset focused on automation quality and continuous improvement.
Must have technical skill	Python Java REST API design and implementation Databases / SQL Docker containerization Git and CI/CD pipelines (build test deploy automation) Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS and/or Azure basics) Experience with code reviews and software architecture practices
Good to have Technical skills	Angular TypeScript (front-end experience) Experience with CAD systems basics and CATIA/3DEXPERIENCE interfacing Knowledge of engineering data formats and 3D workflows Experience with usage of AI coding assistants (e.g. GitHub Copilot) in development workflows Advanced cloud-native practices (infrastructure as code Kubernetes observability) Additional scripting or automation tooling
