Devops Engineer

About the Role:

We are seeking a Mid DevOps Engineer to join our growing team and drive the design implementation and maintenance of our infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines. You will play a key role in automating processes enhancing system reliability and ensuring smooth software delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins GitLab CI CircleCI etc.
  
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform Ansible or CloudFormation.
  
• Monitor and support cloud infrastructure (AWS Azure or GCP) ensuring high availability and performance.
  
• Collaborate with development QA and operations teams to streamline the software release process.
  
• Manage container orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
  
• Enhance system observability with monitoring/logging tools like Prometheus Grafana ELK/EFK Stack or Datadog.
  
• Implement security best practices across CI/CD and infrastructure layers.
  
• Lead incident management and root cause analysis of production issues.
  

Requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
  
• 4 years of hands-on experience in DevOps system administration or infrastructure engineering.
  
• Strong knowledge of at least one major cloud platform (AWS Azure or GCP).
  
• Expertise in CI/CD tools infrastructure automation and scripting languages (Bash Python etc.).
  
• Deep understanding of Docker Kubernetes and containerized application deployment.
  
• Familiarity with configuration management tools like Ansible Puppet or Chef.
  
• Experience with version control systems (e.g. Git) and agile development practices.
  
• Solid understanding of networking system security and performance tuning.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer Azure DevOps Expert or Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA).
  
• Experience with service mesh secrets management or zero-downtime deployments.
