About The Job:

• We are seeking an experienced Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Developer with strong expertise in AEM Sites Assets and related Adobe Experience Cloud technologies.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing developing implementing and supporting digital experiences while collaborating closely with clients architects and development teams.

Essential Job Functions:

• Develop and implement digital experiences using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) primarily AEM Sites and Assets.
• Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements and propose effective solution designs.
• Design develop and deploy AEM components templates workflows and integrations.
• Work with underlying AEM technologies including Sling Felix and JCR Oak.
• Set up and configure AEM Author Publish and Dispatcher environments following Adobe-recommended best practices.
• Integrate AEM with Adobe marketing solutions such as Assets Forms Target Campaign and other enterprise endpoints.
• Provide technical leadership mentoring and guidance to team members.
• Integrate AEM applications with front-end technologies and frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and deployment.
• Support troubleshooting performance optimization and platform enhancements.

Qualifications:
Key Skills Required

• Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
• Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
• OSGi Framework.
• Apache Sling.
• Apache Sightly / HTL.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• 36 years of hands-on AEM experience with multiple end-to-end AEM implementation cycles.
• Experience in designing developing integrating and deploying digital consumer experiences on the AEM platform.
• Strong expertise in AEM and associated technologies such as Sling OSGi and JCR.
• Experience with Java technologies and related frameworks.
• Experience integrating AEM with Adobe Experience Cloud solutions.
• Knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML5 CSS3 JavaScript jQuery Grunt Bootstrap and related frameworks.
• Experience with web technologies such as Search XML and XSL.
• Experience with Continuous Integration and delivery tools such as Jenkins Cruise Control Maven and GitHub.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and enterprise application development.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Experience working in Agile development environments.
• Ability to mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership.
