We are Eil Global a company providing IT services in Asia Pacific and EMEA across various technologies such as desktops Servers networks and data centre technologies. We are headquartered in Adelaide Australia and have clients and offices across Asia Pacific & EMEA regions
We are looking for EUC resources with below skills
Mode: 3 Months contract Full time position
Location: Chennai: SIPCOT IT Park Navalur Siruseri Tamil Nadu 603103
Start date: 1st week of July 2026.
Tech must be well versed in SCCM and fluent in English.
NOTE: Tech will be working from client office and his overall presentation (grooming to communication skills) are extremely critical.
Required:
4 years minimum in helpdesk desktop or server support or administration
Expert in Imaging & deploying client Operating systems and maintenance
Good knowledge in SCCM features & concepts
Well versed in Application packaging & scripting
Sufficient knowledge about cloud computing & the impact to on-prem Infrastructure
1-2 years experience with 0365
Good in configuring & supporting emails to Mobile devices
Knowledge in application deployment & reports using SCCM collections
Networking fundamentals DHCP/DNS TCP/IP FTP concepts
Mobile & Kiosk support
Sufficient knowledge on Microsoft Active Directory
Good to have:
Experience with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration/Microsoft SMS
Printer support & LRS
Macbook imaging & support
