- You are a systems thinker and storyteller who has a passion for innovation and turning ideas into reality.
- 8 years of experience in design technology UX engineering web development design strategy or related field
- Experience in front-end web technologies including HTML CSS and ReactJS. Experience with Firebase or other backend frameworks is a plus.
- Proven track record in pushing the boundaries of user interface design through experimentation developing new tools and processes and partnering with design engineering data science and research teams.
- Organized self-directed efficient and able to manage multiple and complex projects in a timely manner.
- Develop functional prototypes to inspire advise provoke and lead the organization through provocations and proofs of concept that show whatÃÂÃÂÃÂs possible.
- Expertise in storytelling and communicating concepts for executive-level audiences.
- Lead the development of principles standards scalable practices frameworks and libraries in prototypes and motion in service to design.
- Enable pixel-perfect execution for design and engineering across platforms. Accelerate and unblock team members to deliver with unparalleled quality and speed.
- Streamline design processes by leading design systems and token-driven design/development.
- Architect scalable code-based design systems that have design intention built-in.
- Partner with senior leaders and stakeholders to galvanize the org to act with game-changing prototyping product features and concepts.
