Job Summary Senior Façade BIM / 3D Design Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Façade BIM / 3D Design Engineer with 38 years of experience in façade design and BIM environments. The role involves end-to-end ownership of façade 3D modelling shop/fabrication drawings façade detailing coordination and technical execution for large commercial and high-rise projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare shop drawings fabrication drawings and 3D façade models for systems such as Unitized Curtain Wall (UCW) Semi-Unitized Curtain Wall (SCW) Spider Glazing Cladding and related façade elements.

• Develop BIM-based façade models aligned with client architectural/BIM requirements.

• Generate BOMs material take-offs brackets aluminium profiles and production work orders.

• Coordinate with production estimation procurement projects installation consultants and clients for timely execution.

• Review drawings specifications and project requirements for design accuracy and feasibility.

• Support fabrication and site teams with technical clarifications and design solutions.

• Lead and manage the 3D/BIM design team including planning workload allocation and delivery tracking.

• Ensure quality timely delivery workflow efficiency and optimized design solutions.

Desired Candidate Profile

• BE/ in Mechanical or Civil Engineering (Diploma candidates with relevant experience may also be considered).

• 38 years of experience in façade design within a BIM environment.

• Strong knowledge of façade systems curtain walls glazing cladding fabrication and installation processes.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D/3D Revit Inventor and other BIM/3D design software.

• Exposure to structural/analysis tools like STAAD or Ecotect is an advantage.

• Good understanding of façade standards detailing coordination and project execution.

• Strong leadership planning communication and problem-solving abilities.
