Design Architect

Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and creative Design Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have strong conceptual thinking ability attention to detail and the capability to convert design ideas into functional and aesthetically strong architectural solutions. The role involves close collaboration with clients engineers and project stakeholders to deliver high-quality architectural outcomes aligned with project goals budgets and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Conceptual Design & Innovation

• Develop innovative architectural design concepts based on client requirements and project brief.
  
• Translate ideas into clear visual representations using 2D and 3D design tools.
  
• Ensure designs are functional aesthetic and aligned with project objectives.
  
• Integrate sustainable and energy-efficient design principles wherever applicable.
  

2. Collaboration & Coordination

• Work closely with clients project managers engineers and internal teams.
  
• Coordinate with structural MEP and planning teams to ensure design integration.
  
• Participate in design discussions reviews and coordination meetings.
  

3. Technical Design & Compliance

• Prepare architectural drawings plans sections elevations and working details.
  
• Ensure compliance with local building codes zoning regulations and statutory approvals.
  
• Maintain accuracy in design documentation and technical detailing.
  

4. Project Involvement

• Assist in project planning design scheduling and milestone tracking.
  
• Manage multiple design tasks and deliver within deadlines.
  
• Support project execution from concept stage to design finalization.
  

5. Presentation & Communication

• Prepare high-quality presentations for client approvals and design proposals.
  
• Effectively communicate design intent through drawings models and visual boards.
  
• Present design concepts and updates to stakeholders.
  

6. Documentation & Detailing

• Develop detailed architectural drawings and specifications.
  
• Review design outputs prepared by junior designers or team members.
  
• Maintain organized design documentation and revisions.
  

7. Research & Development

• Stay updated with architectural trends materials and construction technologies.
  
• Explore innovative design solutions and modern architectural practices.
  
• Contribute to improving design standards within the organization.
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture ( / )
  
• Freshers or candidates with up to 3 years of experience can apply
  
• Registration with Council of Architecture (preferred but not mandatory)
