Diploma in Tool & Die making and Post Diploma in Tool Design
Experience : .

3-5 years of hands on experience in precision injection Mold design
Location :Kochi
Salary : 8 Lacs

Key Responsibilities
.

Design various types of new injection molds as per requirements.
.

Work closely with tool room molding for production mold improvements and NPD molds.
.

Conduct molding feasibility study for NPD along with team.
.

Plan and design mold lay out for finalization of NPD inputs and data.
.

Conduct DFM activities with in-house teams and external suppliers for NPD.
.

Follow up with external suppliers for technical solutions for debugging and qualification of new molds.
.

Follow up assigned mold trials and qualification of product and mold developed.
.

Follow up assigned new mold manufacturing and assembly.
.

Ensure all design related documents are maintained safely as per ISO/IATF procedure.
.

Any other responsibilities that the Management may entrust from time to time.
