| Job Purpose | This position is open with Bajaj Finance ltd. |
| Duties and Responsibilities | Project Coordination: oAssist in gathering requirements and coordinating with internal teams for mobile app & web development. oCoordinate with internal IT QA and business teams to ensure timely delivery. oSupport the creation and tracking of project plans using Agile methodology. oHelp manage purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of mobile front-end components. Team Collaboration: oWork with business teams to understand needs and prioritize tasks. oCoordinate with IT delivery and QA teams to ensure quality and timely releases. Technical Understanding: oDevelop a basic understanding of mobile app design and development (Android experience is essential). oLearn and apply best practices for iOS and Android app development. Problem Solving & Improvement: oIdentify areas for improvement in business processes and contribute to solution implementation. oHelp resolve project issues and track dependencies. Documentation & Communication: oPrepare project updates technical specifications and presentation materials. oMaintain clear communication with stakeholders and team members. |
| Required Qualifications and Experience | a)Qualifications Should have 2-4 years of mobile/digital domain experience Prior & relevant experience in Mobile & Web Apps domain across multiple operating systems b)Work Experience Should have 2-4 years of mobile/digital/Fintech domain experience. Prior & relevant experience in Mobile Apps domain across multiple operating systems. c)Skills Keywords Should have knowledge of system interfaces required for building apps Demonstrated success & achievement orientation. Excellent communication skills. Strong bias for action & driving results in a high performance environment. Excellent relationship skills. Exceptionally high motivational levels and needs to be a self-starter. |
