We are seeking an experienced Manager to support global operations as an offshore delivery hub across key functional areas including Client Onboarding & Maintenance Trade & Investment Operations Post-Trade Operations Payments & Banking Operations and Regulatory Risk & role requires strong domain expertise stakeholder management capability and leadership experience to ensure high-quality service delivery process efficiency and regulatory experience in at least 3 of the 5 functions is expected1. Client Onboarding & Maintenance2. Trade & Investment Operations3. Post-Trade Operations4. Payments & Banking Operations5. Regulatory Risk & Compliance in Capital Markets context Leadership & Stakeholder Management Lead and mentor offshore teams to ensure high performance and productivity Act as a key liaison between onshore stakeholders and offshore delivery teams Drive process improvements automation initiatives and operational efficiency Ensure SLA adherence and delivery of high-quality outcomesRequired Qualifications & Experience 12 years of overall experience in Banking / Financial Services Operations with focus on Capital Markets / Asset Management/ Investment Operations Expertise in domains such as Onboarding Trade Payments Compliance Proven experience in managing offshore / shared services operations Experience working with global stakeholders and cross-border teamsKey Skills & Competencies Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities Strong understanding of operational risk and controls Process improvement and automation mindset High attention to detail and quality focus

Qualifications :
