Litigation Management:
Monitor and manage all litigation cases (civil criminal consumer labour arbitration etc.) in the zone.
o Prepare and review legal pleadings affidavits and other documents.
o Represent the company before courts and tribunals when required.
Coordination with Stakeholders:
o Liaise with external counsels law firms and local advocates for case updates and strategies.
o Coordinate with internal departments (sales operations HR etc.) to gather case facts evidence and documents.
Case Tracking & Reporting:
o Maintain litigation trackers MIS reports and dashboards for management review.
o Analyse trends in litigations and suggest preventive legal measures.
Compliance & Advisory:
o Ensure compliance with court directions legal deadlines and regulatory obligations.
o Provide legal advice to business functions on matters with litigation risk potential.
Documentation & Risk Mitigation:
o Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping related to all ongoing and potential litigations.
o Contribute to drafting SOPs and policies to mitigate litigation risk
