Position: Deputy Manager – HR

The Deputy Manager – HR will be responsible for overseeing and managing the full spectrum of HR operations including Industrial Relations (IR) Employee Relations (ER) statutory compliance and general HR administration. This role requires strong interpersonal skills a deep understanding of labor laws and the ability to foster a positive and compliant workplace culture.

• Industrial Relations (IR)

  • Maintain healthy relations with employees unions and external stakeholders.

  • Handle grievance redressal disciplinary actions and conflict resolution.

  • Support negotiations and collective bargaining processes.

• Compliance & Statutory Management

  • Ensure adherence to labor laws factory acts and statutory requirements.

  • Manage audits inspections and timely submission of statutory returns.

  • Keep updated on changes in HR-related legislation and implement accordingly.

• Employee Relations (ER)

  • Drive employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace culture.

  • Conduct employee communication sessions feedback forums and welfare activities.

  • Support performance management processes and career development programs.

• HR Operations

  • Oversee recruitment onboarding and induction processes.

  • Manage payroll inputs attendance and leave administration.

  • Implement HR policies and procedures consistently across the organization.

• MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent.

• 8-15 years of experience in HR with exposure to IR compliance and ER.

• Strong knowledge of labor laws and statutory requirements in Gujarat.

• Experience in manufacturing/industrial setups preferred
