| Duties and Responsibilities | SFDC functions related BRE level internal and field teams on issues due to training observations on the issues raised by the field regular IT request to resolve communication between IT and Product teams to identify the bi-weekly meetings with IT to find the bigger solutions to the repetitive problems and submit with field teams to identify the exact issues |
