Deputy General Manager-Mergers & AcquisitionsManage and support execution of M&A projects - lead evaluation of acquisition targets with the business teams and advisors coordinate with the counter party valuation and other related activities through closing of a transactionSupport sourcing activity - Industry evaluation target sourcing track potential M&A targets in line with company / business investment strategy
Key Roles/Responsibilities:
1) Manage the transaction process and execution of the project
2) Lead evaluation of acquisition opportunities with the respective business teams
- Lead analysis
- Co-ordinate the evaluation and due diligence effort including with external advisors consultants
- Valuation models
- Presenting evaluation and alternatives to senior management
3) Support sourcing of opportunities for healthcare business
4) Liaison with investment bankers external advisors
Understand and as required support development of M&A strategy for relevant businesses Pharma Solutions Critical Care Consumer Products
