The Role

We are looking for a Delivery Manager who can take ownership of a new client engagement from Day 1; from discovery to delivery to scaling.

This is a highownership customerfacing role that requires strong communication technical fluency and the ability to operate independently without heavy structure.

What Youll Do

• Own endtoend delivery for assigned client engagements
  

• Act as the primary point of contact for USbased stakeholders
  

• Run discovery align on scope and translate business needs into execution plans
  

• Drive project planning execution and delivery milestones
  

• Work closely with architects engineers and business analysts to ensure outcomes
  

• Proactively identify risks dependencies and gaps and resolve them
  

• Ensure strong communication status reporting and stakeholder alignment
  

• Set up and manage delivery processes governance and cadence
  

• Handle escalations and ensure smooth execution under pressure
  

What Were Looking For (MustHaves)

• 710 years of experience in:
  

• Project Management / Program Management / Product Delivery
  

• Proven experience working with US clients or stakeholders
  

• Exceptional communication skills (must be confident clear and structured)
  

• Strong ownership mindset selfstarter does not wait for direction
  

• Ability to operate in ambiguous environments and create structure where needed
  

• Comfortable being both:
  

• Strategic (planning alignment)
  

• Handson (execution follow-ups delivery tracking)
  

• Technically fluent:
  

• Able to understand and discuss system design integrations and trade-offs
  

• Experience working with engineering teams on enterprise systems
  

Good to Have

• Experience in enterprise implementations

  Required Skills:

  What Were Looking For 0.5 to 4 years of experience in software engineering including relevant internship or project experience Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Engineering or a relevant technical discipline Strong programming fundamentals and problem solving ability Comfortable working across frontend and backend technologies Strong curiosity about AI and a willingness to use AI extensively in daily engineering work Ability to learn new technologies quickly and work in unfamiliar environments Good communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts clearly Strong ownership mindset and willingness to figure things out independently Comfortable working in an ambiguous fast moving environment AI Fluency AI is a core part of how we expect this role to operate. We are looking for people who actively experiment with AI rather than simply use it for basic coding assistance. Strong candidates will be able to demonstrate how they use AI tools and agents to: Explore and understand a problem Generate and evaluate solution options Write and improve code Build prototypes quickly Test and debug Automate repetitive work Learn unfamiliar technologies Improve their overall engineering productivity Practical experimentation with AI personal projects prototypes or applications is highly valued.
