We are looking for an Data Delivery Leader to lead end-to-end delivery of healthcare data programs for US healthcare clients. This role combines delivery ownership client engagement and team leadership within a fast-paced technology services environment.
Key Responsibilities
Own delivery of large-scale healthcare data and analytics engagements
Lead multi-team delivery across data engineering analytics and cloud platforms
Act as the primary delivery contact for client stakeholders
Drive delivery governance risk management and quality assurance
Mentor and scale high-performing data teams
Required Experience
12 years in data engineering / analytics with 4 years in delivery leadership
Strong healthcare domain experience (payer and/or provider data)
Hands-on exposure to cloud data platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
Experience with data warehouses ETL/ELT and modern data architectures
Solid understanding of HIPAA PHI and healthcare data compliance
Proven client-facing and stakeholder management skills
Nice to Have
Exposure to healthcare standards (FHIR HL7 X12)
Experience with regulatory or quality data (HEDIS Stars risk adjustment)
Prior experience working with US healthcare clients

Required Skills:
Required skills and experience 1216 years in IT including substantial recent experience as a Solutions / Cloud Architect on production Azure workloads with a clear focus on AI/ML solutions. Expert hands-on knowledge of the Azure Well-Architected Framework and proven experience running Well-Architected Reviews. (This role remains hands-on depth in design and documentation is as important as leadership.) Deep expertise across the Azure AI stack: Azure OpenAI Azure AI Services / AI Foundry Azure Machine Learning plus App Service Azure databases Key Vault Microsoft Entra ID Azure Monitor / Application Insights and IaC (Bicep / Terraform). Demonstrated design experience across all five WAF pillars in production (HA/DR Zero Trust security cost governance CI/CD & observability autoscale/caching/performance). Experience defining reference architectures and building repeatable/productized solutions ideally in a partner or co-sell context. Strong technical writing and executive communication skills; able to present to auditors customers and Microsoft partner teams. Proven ability to lead and mentor technical teams.
