The ideal candidate will serve as the face of our company delivering orders with care and reliability to foster strong client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Execute timely and accurate delivery of orders to designated locations within the assigned local area.
- Navigate efficiently using smartphone applications and route planning tools to optimize travel paths and ensure punctuality.
- Interact professionally with customers to confirm receipt of orders and address any immediate inquiries or concerns.
- Manage multiple deliveries simultaneously prioritizing tasks to meet strict time constraints and deadlines.
- Maintain the condition of delivery items and ensure all packages are handled with care during transit.
- Utilize smartphone technology to update delivery status track routes and communicate with the dispatch team in real-time.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer service order delivery or last-mile logistics is highly preferred.
- Strong familiarity with the local area and ability to navigate routes effectively without constant supervision.
- Excellent verbal communication skills to interact positively with clients and team members.
- Demonstrated history of punctuality and reliability in meeting daily schedules.
- Proficiency in using smartphones for navigation order tracking and communication purposes.
- Strong time management abilities to handle multiple deliveries efficiently.
- Commitment to maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor while representing the company.
Required Skills:
Freshers can apply. Valid driving licence. Own two-wheeler and smartphone. Knowledge of Delhi routes and locations. Punctual reliable and willing to work in the field.
Required Education:
Bachelors Degree (MBA Preferred)
