Description

Required Skills & Experience

15 years of overall experience in data management and enterprise data solutions
Strong expertise in:
- Informatica IDMC MDM / Informatica MDM Hub
- Reltio MDM platform
- Equivalent MDM
Proven experience in end-to-end MDM implementation (at least 23 large programs)
Hands-on experience with integration tools/APIs for:
- Salesforce (SFDC)
- SAP (S/4HANA / ECC)
- Oracle EBS
Strong knowledge of:
- Data modeling (Relational & Hierarchical)
- Data governance frameworks (Collibra Axon etc. preferred)
- Data quality tools (Informatica DQ/CDQ)
Experience with cloud platforms (Azure / AWS / GCP) and data platforms like Snowflake
Proficiency in SQL ETL/ELT concepts and API-based integration

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in multi-domain MDM (Customer Product Supplier etc.)
Exposure to data migration and legacy system modernization programs
Familiarity with Agile/DevOps delivery models
Strong knowledge of data security and compliance frameworks
Relevant certifications in Informatica Reltio or cloud platforms

Soft Skills

Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management
Ability to translate business requirements into technical architecture solutions
Leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams (onshore/offshore)
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail

Responsibilities Across Phases

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end MDM implementations including requirement gathering design development deployment and support
Define and implement MDM architecture data models and governance frameworks
Design scalable and high-performance solutions using Informatica IDMC MDM and Reltio MDM platforms
Architect and oversee integration of MDM with enterprise systems such as Salesforce SAP Oracle EBS etc.
Establish data quality data governance and metadata management frameworks
Define match & merge rules survivorship rules hierarchy management and data stewardship processes
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders data stewards and technical teams
Provide technical leadership and mentoring to development and offshore teams
Conduct architecture reviews and ensure compliance with enterprise standards
Support pre-sales activities including solutioning estimations and client presentations
