Roles and Responsibilities:
- At least 4-6 year of experience on Databricks. ADF (Azure Data Factory) SQL
- Proficient in Python Spark and SQL
- SQL and PL/SQL: Solid command of database querying and scripting. Familiarity with Oracle systems (indexing performance optimization account creation partitioning) is a strong asset.
- Should know basics of Power BI
- Scheduling Tools: Knowledge of job schedulers particularly $U (Dollar Universe).
- Production Monitoring: Experience in incident management under SLA.
- Mentoring of Junior Team members
Good to Have:
- Databricks Certified Data Engineer Associate or Databricks Certified Data Engineer Professional certification
- Knowledge of JIRA and ServiceNow
- Knowledge of Datastage
